Bonus just ended, but doors close Monday 7 AM!

Quick informing so we're on the same page:

  • The early-bird bonus has officially ended (it's important to me to keep my word despite wanting to share it with everyone)
  • If you signed up within the last 2 days, expect an email with the subject line: "[Your Bonus] The Energetic Minimum Cheat-Sheet is here 🥳"
  • ​Enrollment for Rhythm > Rigor is open until Monday 7AM EST.

Despite wanting to close enrollment tonight to preserve my own energy, I feel equally pulled to give more decision-making room to anyone just discovering the invite this weekend, since I know weekends in summer are when most people take time off & enjoy time outside, which I strongly advocate for.

So I wanted to give the opportunity to anyone who hasn't had a chance to see the emails/social media posts, but still wanted to join & be part of the first cohort!

Heads-up about timing

The Orientation email lands August 3rd 11:45 AM ET, and Day 1 drops Monday Aug 4th 7:00 AM. If you join after midnight tonight, you’ll receive both on launch day; totally doable, but you’ll have to read emails back-to-back. Your call of course, but just wanted to give you a little heads up!
